HHAs that are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health and provide services to the pediatric shift nursing patients through the home and community-based services (“HCBS”) waiver program may apply for grant funding to:  contract for ($10,000); install ($50,000); and meaningfully use CEHRT ($40,000).
