The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, through the Pennsylvania Health Insurance Exchange Authority, is implementing a State-Based Exchange for the open enrollment period beginning November 1, 2020. The purpose of this project is to procure experienced persons or entities with the ability to operate an Assister program by the start of open enrollment period.
The Department of General Services (DGS) Small Diverse Business and Veteran Business Enterprise Program applies to this procurement. There is an SBE Goal of 18% and a VBE Goal of 3% established for this procurement.
