Prepare and restore well sites/site.
Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for January 19th at 9 a.m.  Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Park and Ride off of Rte. 28 Slate Lick exit. (Freeport Rd. South of Rte. 28 in Slate Lick South Buffalo Township, Freeport, PA 16229).  FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
