Description: The principal items of work and approximate quantities are:

Clean out and plug Twenty Three (23) orphan gas wells, estimated to be 660 to 3,300 feet in depth, to Department specifications.
Prepare and restore well sites/site.
Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for February 1st at 9 a.m.  Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Washington Township Volunteer Fire Hall Parking Lot, 19877 PA-208, Fryburg, PA 16326.  FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
