The principal items of work and approximate quantities:
Clean-out and plug twenty-two orphan gas wells, estimated to be 1,073 to 1,335 feet in depth, to Department specifications.
Prepare and restore well sites/site.
Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment.
Beginning on the Issue Date, free copies of bid documents can be obtained by going to www.BidExpress.com, PA Department of Environmental Protection.
MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for October 12, 2022 at 9am.
Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Eldred Township Fire Company, 84 Winfall Road, Eldred, PA 16731.
FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
