Description: The principal items of work and approximate quantities are:

Clean out and plug nineteen (19) orphan gas wells, estimated to be 700 to 985 and 4,330 to 5,400 feet in depth, to Department specifications.
Prepare and restore well sites/site.
Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for January 25th at 9 a.m.  Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Rte. 322 west of Franklin Pa ½ mile. Large parking lot on west side of road by 121-29780. Lat N41 24’24” Long W-79 51’19”.  FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
