MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for January 18th at 9 a.m.  Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Vision Hill Worship Center, 13374 US 422, Kittanning, PA 16201.  FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
