Prepare and restore well sites/site.
Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment.

MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for October 18, 2022 at 10am.
Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Cherry Springs State Park (4639 Cherry Springs Road, Coudersport, PA 16915). FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
