Description: The principal items of work and approximate quantities are to clean-out and plug one (1) orphan gas well, estimated to be 2,000 feet in depth, to Department specifications; to prepare and restore well sites/site; and to mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment.  Beginning on the Issue Date, free copies of bid documents can be obtained by going to www.BidExpress.com, PA Department of Environmental Protection.  A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 2, 2018 at 10:00am.  Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at 2205 McAleer Road, Franklin Park, PA  15143.  Failure to attend this pre-bid meeting will be cause for rejection of the bid.
