Description:
|
The Pennsylvania Insurance Department, has identified a need for legal services to represent the Healthcare Providers Insurance Exchange (“HPIX”) Receivership Estate in general liquidation matters, litigation and collection matters. This engagement may include other general work as designated by the Chief Counsel of the Pennsylvania Insurance Department or the Governor’s Office of General Counsel.
This RFP is issued pursuant to Executive Order 2015-2 dated January 20, 2015, and in accordance with Section 518 of the Commonwealth Procurement Code, 62 P.S. § 518 and Part III Chapter 8 of the DGS Procurement Handbook.
** Please note that you must be prequalified in OGC's Insurance Receivership Counsel Pool in order to be considered for this RFP**
