Description:
This request for proposals (RFP) provides to those law firms interested in submitting proposals for the subject procurement (“Offerors”) sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for the Governor’s Office of General Counsel’s consideration on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (“Commonwealth”) to satisfy a need for disclosure counsel services.
The Office of the Budget (“OB”) has identified a need for disclosure counsel services that include services related to the Commonwealth’s Issuances of General Obligation Bonds, as well as Disclosure Counsel Services generally. The engagement may include other general work as designated by the Chief Counsel of the Office of the Budget or the Governor’s Office of General Counsel. The chosen Law Firm shall be exempt from serving as bond counsel of any General Obligation bond series of general obligation bonds.
