Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a member of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, is seeking consultants to respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP) to (A) research and make recommendations on a comprehensive manager evaluation tool and process that will be linked to merit pay, professional development and succession planning; and (B) study and make recommendations regarding appropriate staffing levels for the university, both in terms of effective and efficient use of labor.
