UP-1186:  Stouffer Hall Roof Replacement

Indiana University of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Contractors to download bid documents for this project. 

Work included under this Project consists of the roof replacement at Stouffer Hall at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  Replace approximately 25,000 square feet of existing low slope single ply roofing. Work includes but is not limited to, removal of the EPDM roof system, insulation and edge metal. Provide vapor retarder, insulation, EPDM roof system and edge metal with a 20-year warranty. Alternate bids include EPDM roof system and edge metal with a 30-year warranty, and lightning protection system installation. Refer to documents for complete scope of Work.

Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute.  The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.

A Non-mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on November 9, 2022, at 10:00 AM, in the Engineering & Construction Office, Robertshaw Building, Room 1, 650 South 13th Street, on the campus of Indiana University of PA. located in Indiana, PA 15705.  The Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory but highly recommended.

Electronic Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM, EST on November 30, 2022, through PASSHE’s ARIBA Sourcepoint located at http://seller.ariba.com.

The Bid package is available at http://seller.ariba.com. In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register at PASSHE’s ARIBA Sourcepoint  http://seller.ariba.com.
