Description:

The Department of Human Services (DHS) invites interested suppliers to participate in a presentation/discussion/meet and greet relative to the upcoming Information Technology Support and Services (ITSS) for the Department of Human Services Request for Proposals (RFP).
The Department, together with the Office of Administration’s Health and Human Services Delivery Center (“HHSDC”) is seeking proposals from Offerors for the provision of comprehensive Information Technology (“IT”) services to support the range of activities within the IT program and project delivery process for DHS. The event will be held at the Forum Building Auditorium, 500 Walnut Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101 on Friday, July 26th, 2019 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
The first session, approximately one hour and a half of the supplier forum (1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. ET) will be a presentation by DHS providing an information session relative to the nature of the procurement. The second session, (2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. ET) will be tailored for both potential prime and Small and Small Diverse Business subcontractors. The second hour will include a presentation on the Commonwealth’s Department of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunity program and a discussion relative to potential subcontracting opportunities for services and supplies. Networking time for prospective prime and Small Diverse Business subcontractors will be available after the both presentations are completed.
