ESTIMATED RANGE: .1 General - $6,000,000 - $7,000,000 .2 HVAC – $100,000 - $200,000
.3 Plumbing – $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 .4 Electrical – $1,000,000 - $2,000,000
Liquidated Damages = (.1) $1,750.00 per day, (.2) $100.00 per day, (.3) $80.00 per day &
(.4) $500.00 per day.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE: Due to COVID-19, the Pre-Bid Conference will be divided into two parts: 1) Skype Presentation; and 2) Small Group Site Tours. The Pre-Bid Skype Presentation meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 1:00 PM. Please join the Skype meeting by clicking on the link below (or copy and paste into a web browser):

The Small Group Site Tours will only take place on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at the project site beginning with Maple Hall - Mansfield University, Maple Hall, 40 Clinton St, Mansfield PA, 16933. To comply with current COVID-19 guidelines, the tours will be limited to two (2) people per company/firm with a maximum of twenty (20) people per tour. There will be two (2) 90-minutes tours scheduled - one starting at 10:00 AM and a second starting at 1:00 PM. Please indicate your preferred time slot (10AM-noon or 1PM-3PM) when you submit your signed COVID-19 DGS Guidance Document (see below). Time slots will be confirmed by email.
Any company/firm wishing to attend the site tour must review, sign, and return the COVID-19 DGS Guidance Document, located in the 'Bid Documents' folder in e-Builder, via email no later than COB Friday, September 18, 2020 to Mansfield_University_-_Deferred_Mainten.10_DGS_Guidance_Document@docs.e-builder.net (spelled out just this way, with underscores, periods, and Maintenance shortened to Mainten.). If the person signing the COVID-19 DGS Guidance Document is going to be different than the person(s) attending the tour, all names must be included on the COVID-19 DGS Guidance Document.
Note, questions will not be answered during the Small Group Site Tours and must be submitted as an RFI through e-Builder.
All potential bidders are invited and urged to attend this Pre-Bid Conference.
The Goals for each Prime Contract is as follows: SDB AND VBE GOALS
