Description: PROJECT TITLE: CENTRAL REGION Job Order Contracting Services  BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The work for this Contract will be set forth in the Detailed Scopes of Work referenced in the individual Job Orders.  The JOC Contractor is required to complete required designs and each Detailed Scope of Work for the Job Order Price within the Job Order Completion Time.  ESTIMATED RANGE: $500,000 to $2,300,000.    THIS IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PROJECT.  To obtain documents contact:  Diane Hallett, RFP Coordinator, email:  dhallett@pa.gov, or call 717-787-3194.  BID DATE WEDNESDAY, May 11, 2016 AT 2:00 P.M.  MANDATORY pre-proposal Conferences have been scheduled for each region.  In order to be deemed a responsible Proposer, a Proposer must attend at least one (1) of the pre-proposal meetings:    CENTRAL REGION:  Corporate Board Room, First Floor Arsenal Building, 18th & Herr Streets, Harrisburg, PA 17103 April 18, 2016 11:00 AM.  EASTERN REGION:  555 Union Boulevard, Allentown, PA (parking in the back of the building complex) April 19, 2016 11:00 AM.  WESTERN REGION: UPARC Auditorium, William Pitt Way, Building A6, Pittsburgh, PA  April 20, 2016 11:00 AM.        All bidders must have a valid Vendor Number to secure Plans and Specifications. Register at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us. PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION ACT:  THE BIDDER MUST COMPLY WITH THE PUBLIC WORKS EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION ACT 127 OF 2012 BY SUBMITTING TO THE DEPARTMENT A COMMONWEALTH PUBLIC WORKS VERIFICATION FORM (“FORM”) PRIOR TO THE AWARD OF THE CONTRACT.
