PROJECT TITLE: PA Soldiers' & Sailors' Home - Personal Care Unit Chapel Renovations.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Provide all labor and materials for the renovation to the Chapel Building at the PA Soldiers and Sailors Home as described in the project specifications and drawings. The Revised/Rebid is for the (.1) General Construction only. The revision includes additional scope related to the twenty-four (24) church pews shown on Drawing A.1.1 and in Specification Section 099300.
ESTIMATED RANGE: $100,000 to $500,000.
Liquidated Damages = .1 General Construction = $160.00 per day.
