PROJECT TITLE: SEVC Renovations and General Repairs Veterans Center
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This project includes Renovations and Repairs to existing facility to create an Adult Day Health Care Program. Work to include General, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical to renovate a 3,000 SF storage Area and upgrade to required standards.
ESTIMATED RANGE: .1 General Construction is $1,000,000 to $2,000,000.
.2 HVAC Construction is $1,000,000 to $2,000,000.
.3 Plumbing Construction is $200,000 to $400,000.
.4 Electrical Construction is $300,000 to $500,000.
Liquidated Damages = .1 General Construction = $370.00 per day, .2 HVAC Construction = $370.00 per day, .3 Plumbing Construction = $130.00 per day and .4 Electrical Construction = $160.00 per day.

A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for THURSDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2019 AT 10:00 AM, AT Tilghman Hall Dining Room, Southeastern Veterans Center, One Veterans Drive, Spring City, PA 19475-1230.
All attendees to report and check-in with the security office at the main entrance of Coates Hall. From there, we will escort everyone to the identified Hall.
All bidders are required to submit VA Form 10-0388-12, dated 08-30-2019 located in the Documents folder.
ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE INVITED AND URGED TO ATTEND THIS PRE-BID CONFERENCE.
There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
