PROJECT TITLE: Old Economy Village - Rehabilitation, Renovation, Upgrades of Facilities
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This project includes selective Demolition and Removals: Selective building demolition includes removal of non-load bearing interior partition walls, masonry chimneys, roofing, flashing, and gutters. Existing Building Alterations: Exterior brick and stone masonry repointing, scraping and painting of most exterior carpentry elements, repair of damaged finish carpentry elements, re-glazing of windows, rebuilding select brick masonry chimneys, replacing wood shingle roofs, stainless steel flashing, trim, downspouts, and gutters, wood stud interior partitions with gypsum and/or plaster, installing a new chair lift limited to one story of travel, additional accessibility upgrades, Robertson House north elevation french drain, and vapor barrier. The Bid for the Preservation Construction Contract (.5) includes unit price items. Refer to the Unit Price Schedule included in the Bid Documents.
ESTIMATED RANGE: .1 General Construction = $2,000,000 to $3,000,000. .2 HVAC Construction = $300,000 to $500,000 .3 Plumbing Construction = $100,000 to $200,000 .4 Electrical Construction = $200,000 to $400,000 .5 Preservation Construction = $700,000 to $900,000
Liquidated Damages = .1 General Construction = $750.00 per day, .2 HVAC Construction = $160.00 per day, .3 Plumbing Construction = $100.00 per day, .4 Electrical Construction = $130.00 per day and .5 Preservation Construction = $270.00 per day.

ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE INVITED AND URGED TO ATTEND THIS PRE-BID CONFERENCE.
There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
