PROJECT TITLE: Philadelphia Family Court - Seventh Floor Fit-Out
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Construction of new seventh floor courtrooms and associated spaces, a mediation center, holding areas, fit out of an existing space and miscellaneous other work.
ESTIMATED RANGE: Over $10,000,000.00
Liquidated Damages = .1 General Construction = $1750.00 per day, .2 HVAC Construction = $370.00 per day, .3 Plumbing Construction = $130.00 per day, .4 Electrical Construction = $500.00 per day and .5 Audio Visual Construction = #220.00 per day.

ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE INVITED AND URGED TO ATTEND THIS PRE-BID CONFERENCE.
There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
