PROJECT TITLE: Farm Show Complex - Upgrade Facilities - Loading Dock
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Demolish and Replace Loading Dock along Main and West Halls at the PA Farm Show Complex.
ESTIMATED RANGE: $500,000 to $1,000,000.
Liquidated Damages = .1 General Construction = $160.00 per day and .3 Plumbing Construction = $60.00 per day.
THIS IS A REGULAR LOW BID PROJECT.

A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for TUESDAY, APRIL 23, 2019 AT 1:30 PM, AT Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center/Maclay Street Lobby, 2300 N. Cameron St., Harrisburg, PA 17110.
ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE INVITED AND URGED TO ATTEND THIS PRE-BID CONFERENCE.
There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
