PROJECT TITLE:  Loysville Youth Development Center - Underground Water Piping Replacement.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:  Install new fire lines, back flow preventers, valves, hydrants, associated electric etc. to replace deteriorating system and remain code compliant.  Replace deteriorating water softeners and associated distribution system Replace fire alarm panel(s) and related Electrical work in Bldg. #10.

ESTIMATED RANGE:  $20,000 to $50,000.

Liquidated Damages:  .4 Rebid Electrical Construction = $60.00 per day.
