PROJECT TITLE:  Ebensburg Center - Replace Roofing.




BRIEF DESCRIPTION:  The project includes roof replacement on multiple buildings at the Center.



ESTIMATED RANGE:  $1,000,000 to $2,000,000.




Liquidated Damages:  .1 General Construction = $500.00 per day.




THIS IS A REGULAR LOW BID PROJECT.




BID DATE:  TUESDAY, MAY 26, 2020 AT 2:00 P.M.




A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for THURSDAY, MAY 14, 2020 10:00 AM in Building 18 conference room. In order to accommodate more than 10 people, a second location will be the DGS Project Manager office, Liberty House 13. All bidders report to Building 18 after screening.  COVID-19 Screening, all attendees must follow the procedure, or you will be asked to leave the facility grounds immediately:

1. All attendees first report to Administration Building 20 for screening.

2. You will be asked several questions, have your temperature taken and given a wrist band. If you answered “YES” to any of the questions or have a temperature of 100.0°F you will be asked
to leave the facility immediately.

3. All visitors must wear a self-provided mask.

See the attached map showing traffic patterns and building locations. Green Arrows for directions to the Administration Building and Red Arrows for direction to Building 18. Parking for the pre-bid will be the lot above Building 16.

Each attendee must review, sign, and return the DGS Guidance document by COB Tuesday, May 12,
2020 for inclusion on the attendee list. Please email the signed complete 13-page DGS Guidance
document to: Ebensburg_Center_-_Replace_Roofing.10_DGS_Guidance_Document@docs.e-builder.net.
Include your company name in the signed document PDF file name. Each bidder will be restricted to two attendees at the pre-bid.

Photos During the Pre-bid: Reminder to all visitors that no pictures may be taken. Anyone failing to comply with this restriction will be asked to leave the facility immediately. Escorting staff will have a camera and can take pictures as needed and once it is verified no individuals that live at the Center are on the photos, the photos can be uploaded to the Bid Documents folder in e-Builder and Bidders will be notified by addendum.”

There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project.  Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
