PROJECT TITLE: Upgrade HVAC Systems Various Buildings
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: HVAC renovations to various existing buildings at the White Haven Center, including HVAC, electrical and related work.
ESTIMATED RANGE: $2,000,000 to $5,000,000.
Liquidated Damages = .2 HVAC Construction = $750.00 per day and .4 Electrical Construction = $100.00 per day.
THIS IS A REGULAR LOW BID PROJECT.

A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 16, 2019 AT 10:00 AM, AT Independence House, White Haven Center, 827 Oley Valley Road, White Haven, PA 18661.
ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE INVITED AND URGED TO ATTEND THIS PRE-BID CONFERENCE.
There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
