This Project includes:  GENERAL, ELECTRICAL AND SECURITY ELECTRONICS CONSTRUCTION.

PROJECT TITLE:  SCI Rockview - Replace and Add Fencing.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:  The project scope of work consists of replacement of the interior and exterior perimeter fence for SCI Rockview.  The replacement of the perimeter fences includes installation of a new Perimeter Instruction Detection System (PIDS) and new perimeter CCTV cameras.

ESTIMATED RANGE:  .1 $2,000,000 to $5,000,000.
.4 $100,000 to $500,000.
.5 $1,000,000 to $2,000,000.

Liquidated Damages:  .1 General Construction = $1,000.00 per day, .4 Electrical Construction = $130.00 per day and .5 Security Electronics Construction = $370.00 per day.

Continue on South Rockview Drive up the hill and around the employee parking lot to the stop sign adjacent to Tower 1.  Turn right and continue to the next stop sign, the boiler plant will be on your right.  Bear to the right and continue past the coal storage building (on your right).  The Operations Office is in the group of Temporary Offices on the right 300 yards past the coal storage building.

There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project.  Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
