Description: This Project includes:  PROFESSIONAL SELECTIONS.  PROJECT TITLE:  Install New HVAC System and
Associated Control and Electrical System in Dining Area  BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, replace all existing heating, ventilation, refrigeration (R-22) and exhaust systems located in the kitchen and dining hall areas.  Provide air conditioning throughout both kitchen and dining areas.  Provide new automatic temperature control for both spaces and connect to the existing system.  Replace the existing kitchen hoods, associated exhaust systems, and three walk-in food storage freezer/coolers.  ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $800,000.  APPLICATION DUE DATE WEDNESDAY, MARCH 1, 2017 AT 5:00 P.M.  All applicants must be registered to view/download Project Documents and must have a Current, Active Vendor Number.
