PROJECT TITLE: Renovation and Addition to McKay Building
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Renovation to all toilet rooms, replacement of all existing windows, and replacement of six (6) existing exterior doors
ESTIMATED RANGE: $1,000,000 to $2,000,000.
Liquidated Damages = .1 General Construction = $370.00 per day, .2 HVAC Construction = $80.00 per day, .3 Plumbing Construction = $100.00 per day and .4 Electrical Construction = $60.00 per day.
THIS IS A REGULAR LOW BID PROJECT.
BID DATE: TUESDAY, MARCH 12, 2019 AT 2:00 P.M.
A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2019 AT 10:00 AM, AT McKay Building, Conference Room 115, Slippery Rock University, PA 16057.
Park in the parking lot behind McKay for the pre-bid conference. Parking permits are required. Permits can be attained @ the University Union room 102.
ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE INVITED AND URGED TO ATTEND THIS PRE-BID CONFERENCE.
There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
