A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for THURSDAY, MAY 14, 2020 AT 10:00 A.M. at SCI Frackville, 1111 Altamont Blvd, Frackville, Pennsylvania 17931. Attendees will meet in the Main Entrance Lobby. Pre-approved gate clearance is required. Please provide SCI Frackville Maintenance Manager Shaun Kane (570) 874-4516, shakane@pa.gov with name of attendee and company, as well as a list of any accompanying tools required such as tape measure or camera, at least 72 hours in advance of Pre-Bid meeting.
In addition, each attendee must review, sign, and return the DGS COVID-19 Return to Work Guidance document (below) at least 72 hours in advance of the Pre-Bid meeting for inclusion on the attendee list. Each company will be restricted to one (1) attendee at the Pre-Bid meeting. Contractors will have access to limited areas of the prison. Everyone will be required to wear a face mask the entire time they are on the grounds. A COVID-19 screening will be performed on everyone prior to entering the Facility.
There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
