This Project includes: ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION.
PROJECT TITLE: SCI Forest - Replace Perimeter Intrusion Detection System
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This project includes upgrade the site's Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS) detection system. Existing and new PIDS's shall be integrated to create one complete system.
ESTIMATED RANGE: $300,000 to $500,000.
Liquidated Damages = .4 Electrical Construction = $160.00 per day.

BID DATE: THURSDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2019 AT 11:00 A.M.
A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for THURSDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2019 AT 10:00 AM, IN the Superintendent's Conference Room, SCI Forest, 153 Woodland Drive, Marienville, Forest County, PA 16329.
Each individual who will enter the facility to tour the existing conditions must obtain a one-day gate pass and be escorted through the facility. To obtain the gate pass, use the DOC Clearance Check Form and complete the fields for: purpose and date of visit, company name, position title, and all name fields. Submit the completed form to the facility (email to: rbuscemi@pa.gov) a minimum of 10 days prior to the Pre-Bid Conference.
ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE INVITED AND URGED TO ATTEND THIS PRE-BID CONFERENCE.
There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
