Client Agency Requirements:  Visitors shall complete a "Security Clearance Check" at least 10 days in advance to enter the facility per Specifications 01 60 00 page 3, paragraph 1.14.

ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE INVITED AND URGED TO ATTEND THIS PRE-BID CONFERENCE.

There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project.  Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
