PROJECT TITLE: PennDOT- Welcome Center - District 5-4 Site F
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Renovation of rooftop garden, interior repairs, replacement of sidewalks and curbing, building MEP system upgrades, sewage treatment plant upgrades, archway and concrete walkway repairs, seal and repaint parking lots.
ESTIMATED RANGE: $2,000,000 to $5,000,000.
Liquidated Damages = .1 General Construction = $500.00 per day, .2 HVAC Construction = $160.00 per day, .3 Plumbing Construction = $100.00 per day and .4 Electrical Construction = $130 per day.
THIS IS A REGULAR LOW BID PROJECT.

A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for TUESDAY, AUGUST 8, 2017 AT 11:00 AM, AT PA Welcome Center – Site F, Delaware Water Gap, I 80 West. Exit 310.
ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE INVITED AND URGED TO ATTEND THIS PRE-BID CONFERENCE.
There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
