Description:
BRIEF DISCRIPTION: Firms wishing to provide Cx services for statewide Projects are required to pre-qualify. This Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) provides the information required for Cx firms to qualify for submitting Cx proposals to the Department of General Services (DGS). It is the intent of DGS to contract with qualified Cx firms to provide selected Cx services on Projects located throughout the state of Pennsylvania. There is no cost estimate associated with this ITQ.
ITQ SUBMISSION DATE: This is an open enrollment process. The initial due date for submission of the ITQ was May 31, 2018. Following the initial due date, submission of future additional ITQ’s will be reviewed on a quarterly basis.
