PROJECT TITLE: Replace Buildings - New Wood Shop and Sign Shop
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Demolition of existing buildings onsite and construction of a new 7,497 SF vehicle maintenance building and a new 8,573 SF wood and sign shop. Sitework includes excavation, site restoration , grading and paving.
ESTIMATED RANGE: $2,000,000 to $5,000,000.
Liquidated Damages = .1 General Construction = $750.00 per day, .2 HVAC Construction = $160.00 per day, .3 Plumbing Construction = $130.00 per day and .4 Electrical Construction = $220.00 per day.

A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for Thursday, JULY 12, 2018 AT 11:00 AM, AT Penn Nursery, US Rte. 322 & Penn Nursery Road, Potter Township, Spring Mills, PA 16875.
ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE INVITED AND URGED TO ATTEND THIS PRE-BID CONFERENCE.
There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
