BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Provide site perimeter intrusion detection system (PIDS, New PIDS shall be integrated with the existing fence protection systems.
ESTIMATED RANGE: $500,000 to $1,000,000.
Liquidated Damages = .4 Revised Rebid #3 Electrical Construction is $270.00 per day.

Visitors shall complete a "Security Clearance Check" at least 10 days in advance to enter the facility per Specifications 01 60 00 page 3, paragraph 1.14, Bid Documents.
ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE INVITED AND URGED TO ATTEND THIS PRE-BID CONFERENCE.
There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
