PROJECT TITLE: Ryerson Station State Park - New Construction Educational and Recreational Buildings
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Construction of cabins, pre-engineered/fabricated toilet shower building and sewer line replacement
ESTIMATED RANGE: $1,000,000 to $2,000,000.
Liquidated Damages = .1 General Construction = $370.00 per day, .2 HVAC Construction = $80.00 per day, .3 Plumbing Construction = $60.00 per day and .4 Electrical Construction = $100 per day.

BID DATE: WEDNESDAY, MARCH 14, 2018 AT 3:00 P.M.
A Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 21, 2018 AT 11:00 AM, AT Park Office, 360, Bristoria Road, Graysville, PA. Directions: From interstate 79, take exit 19 for US-19, turn onto route 19 south. Turn right onto West High Street in Waynesburg, slight left onto PA-21 West which becomes PA-18 South and bear left at Y. Slight right onto Bristoria Road (PA-3022) and continue on to park office on left.
Pre-bid is not mandatory. All site visits coordinated with Alan Johnson, phone 724-428-4254.
ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS ARE INVITED AND URGED TO ATTEND THIS PRE-BID CONFERENCE.
There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project. Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
