Pre-proposal Conference. The Issuing Office will hold a Pre-proposal conference on January 4, 2019 at 1:00PM Eastern Standard time located in the second floor Auditorium , Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The purpose of this conference is to provide opportunity for clarification of the RFP. Offerors may ask questions at the conference. In view of the limited facilities available for the conference, Offerors should limit their representation to three individuals per Offeror.  The Pre-proposal conference is for information only.  Any answers furnished during the conference will not be official until they have been verified, in writing, by the Issuing Office. All questions shall be submitted within the event and written answers will be posted as an addendum to, and shall become part of, this RFP.  Attendance at the Pre-proposal Conference is optional.
