CWU-9-L: Stair Replacement Zimmerli Gymnasium & Price Auditorium
Lock Haven Univ. invites Contractors to download documents for this project.
Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute and shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
The demolition and replacement of existing concrete stairs at both Price Auditorium and Zimmerli Gymnasium. Work will include removal and disposal of concrete stairs, installation of hydronic snowmelt system at Zimmerli Gymnasium stairs, new concrete stairs, railings, and concrete sidewalks.
Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.
A mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on March 21, 2023, at 10:00AM, at the Facilities Building Office, Lock Haven PA 17745.
Electronic Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM, EST on April 11, 2023, through PASSHE’s ARIBA Sourcepoint located at http://seller.ariba.com.
The Bid package is available at http://seller.ariba.com. In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register at PASSHE’s ARIBA Sourcepoint http://seller.ariba.com.
