CWU-4-M:  Kelchner Fitness HVAC

Commonwealth University – Mansfield Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Mechanical Contractors, to download bid documents for this project. Work includes but not limited to construction required includes all work as shown on the drawings and included in the contract documents for the removal and replacement of existing roof mounted HVAC unit serving the Kelchner Fitness building and related electrical and mechanical support work including new adapter curb and wiring to the unit. Roof top HVAC adapter curb is a delegated design.

A Mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on February 7, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Kelchner Building on the campus of Mansfield University, Mansfield, PA 16933.  Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory for the Mechanical Contractor and Crane Operator Sub-Contractor. 

Electronic Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM, EST on February 27, 2023 through Ariba Discovery – Source Point Bid Event located at http://seller.ariba.com

The Bid package is available at http://seller.ariba.com .  In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register http://seller.ariba.com
