Description:
The Department of General Services (DGS) is soliciting Suppliers to submit qualifications for a statewide Asphalt Materials Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). Suppliers that meet the qualifications will be awarded a contract and may be eligible to respond to a Request for Quotes (RFQ).
First, if they have not already done so, Suppliers should be registered as a PA Supplier and receive a supplier number. Suppliers can register at:
https://pasupplierportal.state.pa.us/irj/portal/anonymous
Suppliers are also required to create a user profile within our JAGGAER portal and select the Commodity Code: 30121601-ITQ-310 (Asphalt Materials)
