Description: The Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, hereinafter known as the Commonwealth, is issuing a Best-Value Request for Proposal (RFP) for the selection of a vendor to provide an Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) to be used for the accounting, budgeting, payroll, human resources, and procurement functions required for the 2,000 jurists and staff within the Pennsylvania Judiciary. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 1, 2022. Upon selection of the successful bidder, the Commonwealth’s intention is to fully transition to the new software with a Go-Live date of January 1, 2025.
