This bid issues on February 10, 2017 and bids will be opened on April 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. There is a MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE scheduled for February 28, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at the Department’s Cambria Office of Mine Safety, 310 Industrial Park Road, Ebensburg, PA 15931. Departmental staff will also be available to conduct an optional field tour of the various work sites included in the project after the pre-bid conference. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID.
