Description: Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a member of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, is seeking suppliers to respond to an Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for international student recruitment services, including academic counseling and application assistance, to educational institutions.  Services described may be purchased by the University and any other member of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (“PASSHE”), including the Office of the Chancellor.  To download copies of the bid package as referenced in this advertisement ADV-573 prospective suppliers must register on PASSHE’s eProcurement Exchange https://passhe.procureware.com/home with a National Institute of Government Purchasing (NIGP) code(s) 96153.  Questions concerning the eProcurement process may be directed to Melanie Wilkie, 724-357-3077 or mwilkie@iup.edu.  Bid packages will be uploaded to the PASSHE eProcurement Exchange for download by interested suppliers on or after August 3, 2020.  The University encourages responses and/or participation by small, disadvantaged, minority, women-owned and veteran-owned firms.
