PROJECT TITLE:  The Project consists of:  Underslab Electrical and Plumbing Installations for the Vehicle Restoration Plant, Complete Construction of Building 6, Correctional Industries Plant, State Correctional Institution, Jenks Township, Forest County, Pennsylvania.

ESTIMATED RANGE:  (.3) Plumbing - $25, 000.00 to 50,000.00
                  (.4) Electrical - $10,000 to 20,000

Liquidated Damages = (.3) $60.00 per day.
                    (.4) $40.00 per day.

The Bid Due Date is Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 10:00AM.  Bids will be opened on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 11:00AM.

A PRE-Bid Meeting has been scheduled for Monday May 20, 2019 at 10:00 AM – Jem Group, LLC. 509 North 2nd Street Harrisburg, PA 17101
