Description: Snow removal and application of granular deicing material at Troop C, Clarion in areas designated by the Station/Office Commander and in compliance with the specifications listed in the bid specifications.

Questions must be submitted in writing to RA-SPPSPBIDS@pa.gov no later than May 7, 2024.

All bids must be submitted through the PA supplier portal at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us

Offeror must complete the cost matrix for this procurement in its entirety and attach (upload) with the bid submission.

Attached to this IFB is a Proof of Visit Form which must be signed by the Station Commander or representative and the Vendor.  The Contact Name and phone number for the Station site visit is at the top of the form.  This form must be attached (uploaded) with the bid submission.

Attached to this IFB is BOP-2201 Worker Protection form must be completed and attached (uploaded) with the bid submission.

ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SUBMISSION.  All bidders are responsible for monitoring the DGS emarketplace website to view any change notices to this IFB.  The change notices shall become incorporated as part of this bid.  In order to submit your Bid Response, interested vendors must be registered.  To register, obtain a vendor number and to allow for submission of an online bid, please visit www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us
