Description: This PROJECT IS A STANDARD LOW BID PROJECT and includes:  GENERAL CONSTRUCTION and ELECTRICAL

The project consists of providing new sewer service to approximately 22 buildings along Utility Road  between Clement Ave. and Service Road. A new pump station will be installed across from Warehouse Road and the discharge pipe will run under Vessle Run up to Area 9 manhole. A new simplex grinder pump will be installed for building 11-17, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA

ESTIMATED RANGE:  .1 General - $600,000 - $800,000; .4 Electrical - $20,001 - $50,000

Liquidated Damages = (.1) $220.00 per day; (.4) $60.00 per day

Questions Due: Monday May 1, 2023 by COB 4:30PM EST

DATE FOR RECEIVING BIDS: Thursday May 11, 2023 AT 2:00P.M.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE:  The Pre-Bid Conference will take place on Thursday April 20th, 2023 at 8:00AM in Building 11-64 per the map attached in the bid documents, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, Lebanon County, PA.

All potential bidders are invited and urged to attend this Pre-Bid Conference.

There is no Bid Guaranty required for this Project.

There are no Small Business goals attached to this bid.
