The Office of Administration (OA) is requesting technical submittals for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to support the OA Information Technology Office (OIT) by providing Managed Service(s) for ServiceNow® as described within this RFP. The MSP shall move the Commonwealth from its current service model, which is mainly staff supported (including both Commonwealth staff and contracted staff augmentation), to a Managed Service Support Model.
