Description:
The Issuing Office is seeking proposals from interested Offerors to provide and administer Vision Benefits for the active Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) Enlisted Members and their Eligible Dependents (PSP Vision Plan). The PSP Vision Plan is self-insured and fully funded by the Commonwealth. The PSP Vision Plan is a collectively bargained benefit between the Commonwealth and the Pennsylvania State Troopers Association and must be administered per Article 21 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. There are approximately 4,500 eligible Enlisted Members and approximately 10,000 Eligible Dependents covered by the Vision Plan.
