The Commonwealth of PA State Police needs plain black leather hat/chin straps to include the nickel hardware that are made for the Stratton Felt Campaign Hats. These hats do not come with the required chin straps from the manufacture.
This is a no substitute IFB due to the chin straps must fit the PSP Stratton Felt Champaign Hat as part of the uniform per policy and procedures.
