Description:
The Department of Human Services, South Mountain Restoration Center is soliciting bids for Food Products based on the specifications attached.
The term of the food bid shall be three (3) months, anticipated to begin Jan 1, 2023 and expires on March 31, 2023
Bidders will bid only the Acceptable Brands listed on the Specification Sheet.
Bidders must bid products that meet the specifications/pack sizes and codes of the Acceptable brands.
BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY.
BIDS ARE DUE BY: 11/29/2022 10:00 AM. Late bids will be disqualified.
Award will be made by lowest price per line item or may be awarded based on lowest overall price.
Failure to submit bid as described above may result in your bid being rejected as non-responsive.
Delivery Dates are specified in accordance with facility storage space allotments and must be adhered to; facilities may arrange alternate deliveries as it requires.
QUANTITIES MAY BE ADJUSTED AT REQUEST OF DIETARY DIRECTOR TO MEET THE NEEDS OF OUR CONSUMERS.
