Description: This specification describes minimum requirements fir light weight cone setter platforms to be attached to the rear of a single rear wheel 3/4 or 1 ton pick up truck with standard bed, capable of holding one person (minimum weight of 315 pounds) while manually setting or retrieving traffic cones and storing them on the standard bed pick up truck, while traveling at speeds up to 15 MPH. The unit must be adaptable to various department owned trucks; IE Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, GMC etc utilizing mounting by the 2" tow hitch receiver and a pair of outriggers for stabilization.
